The basic subscription to HOAHUB is priced by community size and for most communities costs
Less Than $1 per door*
*per month on an annual contract, plus data storage (less than $.50 per GB)
For very small communities (under 30 doors), we offer a very low flat rate that includes data storage. We accept both professionally managed and self managed communities.
Inaugural Year Setup Credit
Sign up for service before April 2019 and we’ll credit 25% of your setup costs to your first year’s subscription fees.
Professional Managers
If you bring your communities to HOAHUB, we’ll offer you volume pricing of up to 50% off stand-alone pricing. HOAHUB has been designed with your challenges in mind. So we want to make it easy for you to make us your partner in providing a cost effective, comprehensive management solution to your communities.
Options & Add-ons
The basic subscription provides the DRMS and Financial functions most Managers and Associations need.
We offer a few options that provide additional functionality useful to Professional Managers, or a subset of our Homeowners Associations. Here are the options currently available or planned for the near future:
- ACH Module: Upgrade your banking interface to full ACH functionality. Deposit checks, transfer funds and pay bills electronically from within HOAHUB. Monthly flat rate with NO transaction fees. Scheduled Availability: 4th Quarter 2018.
- Resource Scheduler: For communities that have facilities homeowners can use by reservation, we offer a scheduling and reservations system that will manage resource reservations for you according to rules you define. Scheduled Availability: 3rd Quarter 2018.
