HOAHUB was born from our Cloud Architect’s experience as a homeowner, board member and officer of several homeowners associations. His experience was typical: joined the board in a time of turmoil with a plan to fix the problem. Only then did he come to understand the complex relationship between HOA’s and their Managers, and the consequences of poor communications and lack of transparency on the dynamic of a community.

From the perspective of the law, compliance with open meeting requirements should provide the necessary transparency. If a homeowner doesn’t show up at a meeting, too bad.

Our Perspective: every bit of information the harried homeowner parents should have access to, should be made available in an accessible, usable form.
